The only way that I have been able to figure out how to post Vidyard videos into my help center is to remove the security and allow "unsafe" content to be displayed.
This hardly seems like a good solution to me.
Please add support natively to your platform for "Vidyard" videos (www.vidyard.com) so that I can use these amazing help videos without having to reduce the security of my help center.
*FYI, I have no affiliaction with vidyard at all, I am just an excited customer who loves the product and thinks of it as an integral tool in combination with zendesk to effectively support my clients' needs.
