Seperating brands in your reports?

    Hey Patrick -

I poked around a little and the Ticket Brand is a default attribute. When you run a report looking for tickets solved during X time period, it should list them broken down by brand.

Hi Nicole, can you expand upon your explanation a little? I just took the insights online class and this wasn't covered. Let's say I have 3 brands, and i want to run a report for each of them that's identical, and the reports are over a time period (let's say may 2018) and i want to know how many tickets per category. The standard insights dashboard has filter drop downs, but i'd like the same thing on my dashboard, so i can just reset the filters and export the info for each of my brand managers.

You can just create your report as normal. You can include the Ticket Brand as part of your HOW section if you wish, but that is optional. Then place your report on your dashboard.

To filter, edit your dashboard and select Filter>Attribute and search for Ticket Brand.

Your dashboard will now filter for the selected brand.

Ok thanks. That's not exactly what I need, but I will play with it.

    Hi Lauren,

Did you ever figure it out? I am trying to do the same thing at the moment and am struggling to separate into different brands so I can report on the individual brand rather than the whole lot.
