Hello, hoping I could get some help with this situation.
One of our clients does not want give "All can comment on all" permission to their Organization in Help Desk to prevent the entire company from seeing all the emails, even though that means the Admin also can only comment on tickets on which they are CC'd.
The Org. is currently set to "Can View/Edit only Own tickets" with select users given "View all"
I'm convinced that everyone from their company that emails us was already given "View all" access, so there is no reason not to grant the blanket permission of "Can View all...and add comments"
So my question: is there a way to filter a list of users in an Org that have "View all" access? Either in the Organization page, or a report in Insights?
