Raw Report to calculate solved time to include date and time (hours, minutes, seconds)

    Hey Winho,

    It is not possible to see minutes or seconds within Insights - timestamps are not stored as attributes within Insights. There are attributes for times down to the hour, but that is unfortunately the best we can offer.

    Thank you Dennis for your feedback and response. Your information made it clear that Zendesk has that limitation on minutes and hours time attribute. I am overly disappointed as well as shock to see that limitation on such a good tool. It is just sad that we have to look at other alternative ticketing/workflow tool which has this option.
