Appending custom field values to description - JIRA
Hi Team,
Im adding a lot of custom fields to zendesk ticket form to get more information before we start the work. So far I have finished adding all the fields and also adding conditional rules.
I have major problem with data, We have connected zendesk to JIRA so these custom fields wont to carried on to JIRA as there are no fields representing them.
Is there a way to copy the values from custom fields and append them in the bottom of description field, so when the ticket is passed on to JIRA, description will have all the data.
I really hope these is a way to do this!! Please help!

I wish I had better news to pass along but copying Zendesk ticket field values into the Jira create issue workflow is not something currently possible with the Jira - Zendesk integration. The closest option we would offer to automate this process would our Jira field syncing feature - Using the JIRA field syncing feature
