Zendesk <-> Jira. Information displayed in Jira
Hello,
is it possible to adjust the information about linked Zendesk ticket in Jira? I couldn't find the option. I would like to see who is the Zendesk ticket assignee in Jira. It is possible the other way around - changing the display of Jira information in Zendesk.

Hi Jiri,
Yes- There are settings available that control which fields are visible within the Zendesk for Jira application. These settings are found by navigating to the Zendesk Add on within Jira (Admin). Configure Settings include "Assignee, Type, Status etc.
