    Hi Nicole!

To the best of my knowledge it's not possible to do this. Can you give me more information on your use case?

Hey Jessie! Sure thing. My use case is that I want to show the request form in an article so that our customers do not have to click to a new page. In the future, we want to have multiple ticket forms. An example use case is on an article that talks about getting a refund, we could display the refund request form on that page to keep it separate from the default ticket form (we want to only use that for general questions).

    Hey Nicole!

I can definitely understand why you'd want to do that for certain articles...unfortunately Help Center isn't set up to do that kind of thing. What you could do instead, maybe, would to put a nice big button at the end of the article with a call to action (ie: "Request a Refund"), and have that take them right to the correct form.
