Having the call recording for talk is wonderful for both our companies customers as well as our customer care agents. Although the "never delete" call recording is an option I've since discovered that there is not a current solution for retrieving these calls from Twilio once the ticket has been deleted from my Zendesk instance. An industry or client audit of conversations or processes is a possibility for my company for an undefined amount of time after customer interaction. Having access to call recordings of any age is crucial and one of the reasons that our company chose to utilize Zendesk. It appears as though the only way to achieve this is to never delete a talk ticket. I'm not fond of this solution as it will make the workflow of my Zendesk instance very cumbersome. Does anyone out there have a solution as to how I can store my call recordings indefinitely without keeping all of my talk tickets alive?
