On-Hold - Adding Until feature
AnsweredThe feature that would be quite helpful would be adding the functionality to the On-Hold to set a date or time frame to re-open the ticket.

You should be able to do this now with an automation. Select hours since on hold as the condition and set the ticket status to open as the action.
