I would like to request a feature that would be quite useful to our company.
We use the Zendesk system as a way to manage incident reports and customer service inquiries. We rely on custom ticket fields to capture unique information about our tickets.
Often, it is unclear exactly what is required in each field. While we can cover this in training, it would be even more beneficial to have a description under each ticket field.

I have already reached out to the Support team on this, who informed me that this is not an option currently.
I realize you can do this in end-user accessible forms, but I would like a way to do this in the agent UI.
Whether it is an App, or a development change, I think this feature could be very useful to our company, and possibly many others.
