For some pages it works well now, top results relate to that page's context show correctly, but for some other pages, top results do not show or show after refreshing or wating for a while. It is so weird...

    Hey Tianqui,

You can use our web widget API to call different results on different pages here's the relevant documentation to help out with that:

    https://developer.zendesk.com/embeddables/docs/widget/api#ze.sethelpcentersuggestions

Hopefully that helps point you in the right direction!

    Hi Josh,

I find the request sent to zendesk to get contextual results has a "Provisional headers are shown" issue. I search this problem in Google, seems it means that request is not finished. Since this request is generated by zendesk code snippet, do you have any idea why it fails? Also I want to ask if I can set an article url by using that setHelpCenterSuggestions function? So users can find that article as a No.1 result when they open widget. The reason I want to do this is because sometimes keyword used to search result is not always common in the article I want to show to user. Thanks.

Update: sometimes even the request has a 200 OK status, there is still no data in response's result key.
