    We also chimed in for this idea ages ago. Unfortunately simple things like this that would make our lives easier are not really ever on the roadmap. I'm not sure how this feature got past the initial design by the product team when Zendesk was first created to be honest. It's such an obvious one.

    Wish we could go back in time and find out. It's true that little things like this tend to get de-prioritized under things that are more business critical. However, I know that there are some big things in the works for Support in 2019 and hopefully this kind of thing can get bundled with some of the other changes.

    Our org just went through a re-brand and everyone is looking for places to stick the new logo. The option to place your organizations logo on the agent interface would be a welcome addition.

    I am hoping to see more support for agent interface customization in the future.

    Hi Justin. You might want to look into all the other ways you can add your logo to various parts of your customer-facing Zendesk site. If you don't find exactly what you're looking for, you may want to create a separate thread request for that specific feature. What you're suggesting is not the same as what this thread is about (i.e., the ability to set the customer's logo or another image for each "organization" within my own Zendesk) so your request might not get the attention it deserves here in this thread. Hope that helps!

    As a point of clarification to my earlier request, I think it would be really helpful (as mentioned) if the Org logo would propagate down to all the users in that org, unless they have provided their own personal profile pic or gravatar. But better yet, we would be able to see BOTH the personal pic AND the logo for the org ON THE TICKET PAGE. Since most of our end users don't bother uploading a picture, having the logo visible as a quick visual indicator of which org they are with would be SUPER helpful....and if they do make a personal picture, I would not want that to override the org logo. Both together help identify the user. Thanks!

    Hi Marci,

    That makes sense. I have seen in the forums that there are capabilities coming that will allow for more customization of the agent interface. I will wait and see what they come up with.

    Softdocs would like to have this functionality additionally. We have used custom code to allow Agents and Admins to see the Organization associated with the end-user however, we would like for our entire community to be able to see the Org. A logo for the organization would be ideal along with the name of the Org.
