    Hi Eva!

    I'm not very familiar with QA software or best practices, but I've pinged our internal QA team to get some insight from them. I'll let you know what I find out!

    Hey Eva! Here's what I learned from Kate, our QA Manager.

    "We don't use any AI for our QA audits. We have manual QA via supervisors (for individual performance management) and overall auditing done by the QA team to validate supervisor's alignment as well as identify higher level trends (team, tier, region, global). Our QA handles auditing specialized area of support as well."

    Kate knows of one piece of AI software for QA, although she can't remember the name of it offhand; apparently it only does phone auditing, so it might not be much help for you in any case. Overall, there doesn't seem to be a ton of AI software out there for this kind of thing, which could be due to the amount of training you'd probably need to do in terms of your industry and your company's specific expectation, etc.

    I'm sorry that I wasn't able to share anything more useful. I'm going to flag this post for inclusion in our monthly Community Roundup to hopefully get some additional input from other Community members!
