    Try this:

    WHAT:

    • Full Resolution Time (min) [mdn]
    • [Biz Hrs]  Full Resolution Time (min) [mdn]

    HOW:

    • Ticket Group
    • Ticket ID

    You can restrict your report by time or group by filtering. For example, use the <Select form a list of values (including date ranges) > filter.

    FILTER

    • Ticket Group is XXXX
    • Date (Ticket Solved) in the last XX days
