    It may be easier to use the median to balance outside values from your report?

    I have not created many ranking reports, but I believe you can use a custom measure to exclude the top 10% as follows:

    SELECT IFNULL( (SELECT #Tickets WHERE BOTTOM (90%) IN (SELECT First Reply Time BY Ticket ID)),0)

    Now create a numeric filter, defined as:

    • What do you want to filter > Ticket ID
    • Select metric and range> NewCustomMetric is greater than 0

    Hope that is ok.
