Tags system field has moved

    Hello Bryn,

     

    That is odd! Ours is still in the old order currently.  Have you tried a CTRL-F5 refresh to see if it straightens up?

    I'll run some tests my end.

    Confirmed - issue now present here - Tags is not the problem, Issue and Priority have fallen to odd places in the list...

    Possibly they have added the ability to relocate these fields... back to you soon

    Moving Type and Priority to the top in the new 'forms' layout brought them right under tags, but they should still be above tags.  I'll raise an alarm :)

    Any update on this one? I'd like to move the tag field further down the ticket.

    Unfortunately this is the expected behavior, I think it happened when the ability to the new ticket form arrived.
    Just a question, do your agents need to see the tags? You can hide it with the hidden fields app.

    We have adjusted to the change, and have heard nothing more about plans to make it moveable.

    If need be, I am sure there is a TamperMonkey script that can move the field for agents browserside if there is a need for it.
