Earlier today me and my team have noticed that the Tags field has moved in our Zendesk ticket view. It used to be below Type and Priority but is now above it.
Before (an example, I got this from a previous forum post):
I know it is a small change but I am perplexed to why this has happened. I know you can reorder system fiends now due to a recent update but Tags does not show up in that section. Is there any way to change it back?
