I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for integration of Asterisk/Freepbx and Zendesk? We hosted our PBX at hostpbx.us about 6 months ago and so far they're really good.
I managed to implement auto generation of a ticket activated from phone calls by integrate Asterisk AGI (Asterisk Gateway Interface) and the Zendesk API.
Now I want to auto assign tickets to agents based on email address.
As the agents are responsible for specific organisations it is important that they receive the tickets as soon as possible. Auto-assigning them would seem to fit the bill if only I could work out how to do it!
