    Hi Clint, 

    Thanks for contacting us. Currently the app functions by simply performing a lookup to Woocommerce using the requester's email address to retrieve the order info. New customers to your store are not automatically created as end-users with Zendesk. An end-user is created in Zendesk automatically when your customers create a ticket. 

    As this integration is not developed by Zendesk we are not able to provide specific answers. It would be best to keep trying to contact the developer at support@slopetracker.net

    Hi Clint,

    This is a great comment! If you are looking to add functionality beyond the native connection you may want to take a look at Azuqua. With Azuqua you have the ability to trigger a workflow when a new order is placed in Woocommerce. From there, you can customize your workflow so that it creates an end-user in Zendesk.
