Knowledge base synchronization with Desktop

    Hi Soowon!

    Are you looking for a way to automatically backup your Help Center content? Or are you trying to bulk import content? I'm afraid I don't completely understand what you're looking for.

    Hi Jessie, 


    What I meant was a function to automatically upload documents on my desktop to the Knowledge base. 

    Source (desktop) & destination (which category, section in the Knowledge base) should be mapped by configuration or whatever method. 


    Google have this function where if you set it up, it will run like a batch (every certain amount of time) and

    upload documents in the designated folder of my desktop into Google drive. 


    We just have so many documents that something like this would be helpful. 

    Which ever method is fine as long as it does the same thing (api, app etc).

    There isn't anything in-built that will do this, but we do have a Help Center API that might be able to use to set up that kind of functionality. You can find that here.
