We are trying to implement Zendesk Talk for our Agents.
Unfortunately, since we have been running Zendesk since 2010 (or so, I inherited this,) the phone numbers mostly do not match the E.164 format.
Testing in Sandbox-Zendesk Talk reveals that if not in that format (multiple versions) talk generates a new user instead of going to correct user.
I have about 6800 users with correct phone numbers as direct line that I need to change to the E164 format.
Zendesk Support has sent me several articles on how to do this, but none have worked.
Can someone give me a cURL command that will change the phone number to correct format and set it as primary?
