    Hi Gusgtaf! Welcome to the Community!

    You can definitely do this, as long as you're on Support Professional or higher, and Talk Team or higher. Support Professional gives you access to our Business Hours feature, which you can use in Talk to serve after-hours greetings to your callers.

    I am struggling with this trying to set the message that our customers hear when the call center is close. We don't want to use voicemail.

    Why is there no easy option to set an after hours message?

    When our call center is closed the customer still goes through the IVR prompts and in then told "no agents are available". 

    This seems like a function that should be easily available.

    If I'm understanding you correctly, you should be able to set up a Voicemail Off greeting as mentioned here: Configuring voicemail options
