    Thanks Jessie.  Hi Fernando,

    I'd like to see a combined AFRT for all tickets received after hours that I could then filter by week, month, etc.

    Any thoughts on how this might be done?  Ideally, I'd like to see an AFRT for after hours on business days, an AFRT for after hours on non-business days (which would include weekends, weeknights, and holidays), and a total AFRT for non-business hours.
