Mobile push notifications for new tickets created by support agent.
PlannedWe are using the webhook feature from Zendesk and send pushes to our customers as soon as wee get the call from Zendesk. This is working for the tickets that are initiated by the user, but not when we create a new ticket and reach out to the user first.
This is a feature that is very important to our operation, and would appreciate if you could create this feature. According to our developers it should be a quick fix.

I just ran into this as well and wondered why there was no push.
It would be useful to us for the same reasons mentioned above.

Hi, did this feature get added? I just realized that tickets initiated by the agent don’t lead to a push notification and so our customers weren’t seeing any of our messages!

Hi everyone,
A quick update here: we had some changes on priorities, which are delaying the delivery of this feature. We’re still planning on tackling it and have some new ideas for how to go about it, but as a result it won’t be coming out as quickly. I don’t have an ETA yet but will update here when we do.
