    Hi Дмитрий!

    If you changed the password of an email address being used as a Support Address to create tickets in Zendesk, you do not need to enter a password for this address in Admin > Channels > Email.

    If you find that emails being sent to this address are not creating tickets, please check the settings in your email client to make sure they are still forwarding messages to your Zendesk account at an address like "support@companyname.zendesk.com" — you can find more information on forwarding email to Zendesk here.
