    Zendesk has built a free integration with Salesforce which can be set up in a fairly short amount of time (well under 1 hour depending on how much customization you'd like to do in terms of field-mappings).     In terms of best-practices: testing things in a sandbox prior to putting them into Production environments is strongly recommended so you can see how they behave before putting them into your workflow.

    Hi there,

    I am having the same goal as @Pauline Hardy

    I am using the zendesk integration which works perfectly in our SFDC isntance.

    But when I am looking at the visualforce from community context, pressing any button(Settings or new ticket) leads me here:
