    Hello Nicole,

    I came across this and the additional fields in the footer would be nice. Specifically the Organization as we use that to identify our customers. Seeing the Requester name does not help me to quickly identify which organization/customer they belong to as we don't memorize all of our customer's employees.

    Nicole - I agree with what Matt said. I would love to be able to see the location of whom submitted the ticket is from. I have added it into the email body (using the placeholder settings), but I think that it would be great to be able to edit the footer.
