Hi. I am keen to see who is reading my articles, as they are the principle source of our online training. I don't think I can see how many times a specific article has been read, let alone who read it. Ideally I would like to see who is reading our articles and correlate that with the calls people are making to the service desk. I would also like to make this information available to system administrators, so they can see if there staff are reading articles prior to logging calls. I don't think any of this is possible at the time of writing.
