    Hi Anthony,

    One of my clients has Talk Professional. I'm an admin on their account. I am saying all that so you know perhaps it's because of my permissions and plan but I'm able to go to Reporting - > Talk tab and scroll down. There I can change the agents' statuses:

    Thanks, Heather! I have that option too but so do my employees. They also have the ability to turn the phone right back off through the main dashboard. Ideally, I would like to remove the option altogether. Is it an issue with permissions? Is there a way I can disable them from having this option?

    Oh, well yes of course through the main window on the top right. 

    Actually, that's a great question about whether Zendesk offers the ability to turn that off as a permission! Looking around.....

     

    I don't see that as an option on the Professional plan at least. 

    I would imagine it could cause issues if the agent walks away to *gasp* get a drink of water lol so I wonder if Zendesk decided to keep it available as an option.

    I can see that perspective! My main concern is the 2 hour trips to the water cooler, if you know what I mean. 

    I'll just have to keep my ear to the ground and hope a new feature will come out soon!
