    Hi Inese!

    You can't manually put a ticket in Closed status - that's managed by an automation. But you can definitely bulk Solve tickets!

    Just select the tickets you want to solve, click the black Edit ticket button (the button itself, not the arrow), and a lightbox will pop up that will allow you to set ticket properties for all the tickets and set them to Solved.
