Status Widget Integration - Zendesk Guide

    Hi Dalton!

    Have you tried enabling the "Allow unsafe content" feature in Guide? That's the only thing I can think of that might be preventing the widget from displaying. You can find out where to find that setting here.

    Have you had a chance to try out Jessies troubleshooting steps mentioned above?

    You'll want to make sure you've toggled on Allow Unsafe Content as mentioned in the instructions I've linked for you.

    If you continue to experience issues it may be helpful if you could provide the code you're using as that could help our community members understand the issue you're experiencing.

    Since this isn't a native feature and is being implemented through the use of custom code, we're rather limited on what we can assist with on our end.
