    Hi Tom,

    You should be able to do that on the user role level. 

    Admin > People > Roles (edit role).

    Under Tools there should be an option to set the permission for reports to Cannot view.

    Hope that helps you out.

    In this case I have the professional Plan. your tipp is just for the Enterprise Plan, isn't it ?

    Do you have an idea, or an tipp how to restrict the access to Agent for the professional Plan ?

    APP, or workaround ?

    Hi Tom,

    You're right, I'm on the Enterprise plan. Since you don't have custom roles and permissions, I guess the above was not helpful, sorry about that.

    I don't have a Professional account available, but my guess would be, if that same feature does exist, that it would be on the individual users profile page.

    Ummm can someone provide the exact steps to disable insights for agents in the professional plan?

    Hi, Kamal! For professional plan you can restrict agents but by group, organization, or assigned tickets, and those agents will not be able to view any Insights reports. Agents must be added to a group or organization.
