    Hi Ara -

This requires some custom code; we'll ping our team of Community Moderators and see if any of them have a suggestion on how to accomplish it.

Hi Ara,  yes you can pull and display specific articles by the article ID, you must also pull the category and section that article is in by using {{is .....}} statements.

    Hm,

Could you give me a code-snippet of some kind.

    That would be really helpfull!

I'm also trying to understand how to add specific articles to our homepage, but find the information on here quite confusing. Could you let me know how to do this?

If you want to display a link to an article on the home page, you can do it by adding the following to the template home_page.hbs wherever you want to display the link:

    <a href="/hc/en-us/articles/9999999">Your link text here</a>

You need to replace the 9999999 with the article ID, and replace "Your link text here" with whatever text you want in the link. If you don't know the article ID, you can open the article in the Guide Admin article editor. The article ID is the number in the URL after <your-domain>.zendesk.com/knowledge/articles/

Thank you so much Karen Snyder for your help. Our team used your advice and now we are able to feature articles on our homepage with no problems!
