Automate Jira Comments to Public?

    Hey Johann!

    Unfortuantely it's not possible to automate this process with our integration.

    It is possible for your JIRA Agents to add Public comments to linked Zendesk tickets if you have the "Disable all public comments to Zendesk Support" setting disabled which can be found on the Settings page of the Zendesk app in JIRA.

    • JIRA > Admin > Manage Add-Ons > Zendesk for JIRA > Configure >> Settings >> Other options
