    Unfortunately the ticket description is not part of Insights, but you can test for text in the ticket subject.

    Create a new custom metric as part of your WHAT section:

    You will find the ' Ticket Subject [Ticket Subject] ' under 'Attribute Labels' in the element selector.

    The ILIKE operator checks for a text pattern with the percentage sign as a wildcard. So any text in the subject matching "Quickbooks" in any case.

    Is there a way to pull all tickets with their subject title containing at least one of the words from a given list? I.e. If I want to pull all tickets that contain either "hello","world", or "turtle", how do I add multiple parameters within the custom metric?

    Yes, you can pull multiple items into one metric by using an OR between your conditions:
