    Welcome to the Community, Heather! I'm sorry for the delayed response!

    It may be possible to set something like this up using our API. If you don't want to have to code anything up to do this, it looks like Zapier has some Zendesk integrations that might work for you as well.

    We've also just launched our own Zendesk-Slack integration. I'm not sure whether it can do exactly what you're looking for, but it might be worth a look!
