Suggestion: Zendesk and Wrike integration
Hi there,
We use Zendesk for our customer support and Wrike for our project management. regularly there are suggestions and concerns that come into Zendesk from customers that need to be sent to my development team in Wrike. It would be great if there could be some kind of integration between the two tools to make this easier for me instead of having to manually input tickets into wrike tasks

Thanks for the feedback, Heather. Hopefully one of the developers in the community will pick up this idea and run with it!

Heather,
Below is a link to an article written by Wrike that walks you step by step through the process of creating a Zendesk trigger that runs on a unique tag to push a ticket into Wrike as a task. If you are like me and know almost nothing about APIs, this is a stretch, but it can be done, and has saved our team quite a bit of time and headache. In our case, we're now able to pick a staff person from a ticket field and, after hitting submit on the ticket, have that ticket's information and a link to the ticket move automatically into Wrike, already assigned to the correct staff person.

Hi all!
I'm trying to do the exact opposite. I'm trying to find a way that when a request form is filled out in Wrike, and it creates a new project, that it can open a ticket in Zendesk.
We're doing project management in Wrike, but the IT support team lives in Zendesk. So I'm looking for a way to let them know when the team has been assigned a project.
Thanks!
