    Hi Carlos,

    This can be achieved from the visitor list in the Chat dashboard. You can click on a visitor without having to join the chat.

    If you are using the top bar app inside the Support product, you will not be able to view the chat until you join in or use the full Chat dashboard in a separate tab/window.
