Jira Integration : Create a template for the description field of the Jira ticket

    Unfortunately it's not possible to apply macros directly to the Description box after clicking on Create Issue.

    You can however setup a macro with the JIRA ticket template that you would apply to the Zendesk ticket itself.

    Then after you click on "Create issue" you can click on "Copy fields from ticket" which will copy the macro text from the ticket description field into the create issue description field.
