    Yes,

Here's a nice signature for a support agent. It is very productive and can direct the customer to several areas such as: KB, Blog, Company Site, Social pages,

Currently Zendesk does not support signatures like this. Not even if you enable the markdown option

    Thanks.

I like this idea, but some of it can be done already, via a customized email template as a workaround:

Matt, I read the tow topics.

    They are very hard work.
I think the support managers already have too much work. Not everyone understands the CSS and HTML background for so much customization.

Enabled HTML signature have can a better path. IMPO

Just stumbled across this post. Just an FYI @ByBrand, when you create those cool HTML signatures with a signature creator, they do generally allow you to copy the source code of the signature in HTML code format so you can just paste it into whereever you need. i.e the Zendesk agent or global signature. :)

Not sure if relevant, depending if you want/require your signatures to auto-sign all replies...But, we simply have a personal macro which signs off for us, some macros are the same across agents, whist others are specific to a particular person/role. The macro content then has whatever images we need - right within the macro
