Google Analytics events for Chat, previously only available with the standalone Zendesk Chat Widget are now available in the Web Widget when the Integrated Chat experience is enabled. You will now see these events automatically coming through on any page where Google Analytics is enabled and the Web Widget is also embedded. You can learn more about Google Analytics for Chat here.
If you are familiar with the previous Chat Widget category and event names, the table and screenshot below outlines the mapping of category and event naming between the old form and new form that you will see in Google Analytics.
