I got some feedback from a teammate would like the ability to be able to always have access to the ticket body drop down where you have the options to merge tickets, delete ticket etc. This got me thinking that what if we could have the option to freeze the Title/Requester Area so even when you scroll down the body of the ticket, this area would remain visible to you:
I was also thinking in freezing the comment area but this would actually take quite a bit of space so it may not work for everybody so again maybe the option for either would be great.
With some ticket bodies longer than others, this allows agents to still see the title, requester, and quick access to the drop down to take action accordingly if needed.
