    Hi Abdullah,

    I just tested and you're correct that if your agents are offline and you have an IVR on your number, we will let you navigate through the IVR before playing the voicemail message. You shouldn't however hear the hold/wait music, I didn't when I tested. Can you double check and confirm for me?

    I'd agree with you that a better experience would be to immediately let the caller know that no agents are available and to offer them voicemail at that point. Thanks for this feedback, I'll raise it with the rest of the product team but for the sake of transparency we don't currently have any plans on changing this behaviour.

     I checked, and after choosing the group option, our group message plays and then we get the voicemail/close message.
