Hi, I'm trying to figure out a weekly report for the metrics below (filter by agent). But i can't figure out how. I know what to put for metrics "WHAT", but not "HOW" and filter
I need to send this weekly report out every week, for this year.
1. Number of unsolved (all tickets that come in on that week except for on-hold, solved, closed tickets)
2. One touch resolution ( filter by agent)
