Hey ZD Community,
We use our Insight reports to check on Agent CSAT ratings to make sure every customer is happy and to go back and fix the Bad CSAT responses as needed.
However, we all know you can't please everyone. But some of the Bad Ratings are just not justified when we see the comment from the customer. So when we get these types of comments/ratings come in, I want a way to be able to toss them out of the pool of data so results are not skewed.
Is there a way to do this? I have searched the Community, but could not really find any results on this.
