Add ability to send reports to end users (not just PDFs of Dashboard)

    Adam,

    Excellent point and SO needed. Please help us out on this one Zendesk. PDF's are very limited when we are trying to automate reporting with data that can be extracted or used in other reports with our associates.

    We serve multiple enterprise customers and I want to create scheduled reports for them, this is a very important criterion for me. Right now I need to schedule to agents and then manually send them out to my customers 1 by 1, this takes up quite a lot of time. If this can be automated it will save me a lot of time.

    Concur entirely with the OP. Getting access to the raw data, so individual managers can run their own analysis or reporting, is absolutely crucial. This should be available in the product as a feature at the higher subscription levels.

    Any update on this request? My team still could really use this feature, also, it looks like it'd be simple to implement. The only thing that restricts it currently is not being able to add outside (non-agent) email addresses.

    Can your product team give us an estimation of how much effort this would take? Or if there is an intention behind not having the ability to send reports to non-agents (as well as in excel format)?

    Yes, we could definitely use this enhancement too. We have numerous customers that want reports from us about their support usage, ticket counts, users generating the most support, etc. Currently, we have to send the reports to ourselves and then forward to the customer. It would be great to take us right out of that mix and send directly to the customer.

    i concur too... being able to pull and automatically send a report to a key stakeholder for one organization is a must have.

    right now i have to work through a special view with "only" 10 columns (i have agent only fields) sync with our Engineering dpt + dealing with CSV, assemble triage etc...pfff..takes a good hour (and by that time the data might have change!)

    Insight is great, do not get me wrong :-)

    The ability to have excel / csv reports scheduled to our clients is critical so couldn't be more for this feature.

    Can ZD product team comment if this is in the pipeline for explore?
