I cannot find the solution here, or it's possible I missed something. It's something bothering some of my team since migrating to Zendesk.
I want to monitor tickets are updated/created in real time so I can monitor what my team are doing for inactivity or the suchlike.
In Freshdesk there is a basic Recent Activity Window which shows
"Agent A updated Ticket 12345"
"Customer B submitted a new ticket xxxxxxx"
It's something very simple that I really miss! Any ideas or suggestions would be highly appreciated
