If I change any of the code in the HC Theme Editor, will this affect the functionality of the other Zendesk Product, like Support or Chat? I am the Help Center Content administrator and would like to make changes to the look and functionality within the Help Center and Help Center articles, but the IT program manager doesn't want me to touch the Theme Editor, because she says it will cause problems with the other APIs.
I am wanting to update the categories, sections, and article pages,as well as, implement the language drop-down for the localized content. I am also having to code CSS and JS inline with the HTML in the articles I create and it takes me forever.
Here is an example of what I mean:
To stylize the footer in each article, I have to code it within each article.
Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated.
