Can "customer support" under agent name be overwritten with something else in the chat widget?

    Sure can!

    This happens in two ways:

    1. If no agent is in the conversation, this label is called the "concierge byline" and you can customize it via your Chat Dashboard (Settings > Widget > Appearance > Concierge > Byline).
    2. If an agent is in the conversation, this label is called the "agent tagline" you can also customize it via your Chat Dashboard (Settings > Personal > Profile > Tagline)
