Agent avatar in new EAP widget

We noticed behaviour in the new widget which we suspect might be a bug. When an agent uploads their picture / avatar in their profile they are able to upload it fine and save the changes to their profile. However, after servicing a chat, the avatar disappears from their profile like it would have never been there (the avatar is totally empty in their profile section). Moreover, the end-user does not see the agent's avatar in the widget, despite the agent would have uploaded one (as it seems to disappear from the profile as soon as the agents starts to serve their first chat session).
Please let me know if any more details needed.

Hi Matti-esko, I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. I suspect the issue was that you are not selecting "save changes" when uploading a profile image in the Chat dashboard. If you are still experiencing this issue please let me know.
