Remove hyperlink from incoming tickets

I would like to know how can we remove hyperlink from incoming tickets?
We get a lot of tickets with numerous forms of hyperlinks, and unfortunately, agents will click on the link before understanding what the link will do.
I would like to remove the actual link but leave the text.
What can you suggest?

Hi Lance,
Unfortunately there is not a way of controlling the content of incoming emails. You are only able to control whether or not your Agents are able to use these formatting options in a ticket.
There aren't settings to restrict your End Users from including links (and then having these become clickable within the agent interface).
